REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Each pair is made to be kept. We do not offer refunds, but we gladly arrange exchanges.
— ELIGIBILITY
Frames may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and undamaged. The frames and every item included in the package — case, cloth and cards — must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
— HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
Email hello@mairstudio.com with your order number and the frame you’d like instead. We’ll confirm availability and share return instructions.
— RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind exchanges. We recommend a tracked service, as Mair cannot be held liable for items lost in transit back to us.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
