Every pair is prepared by hand and dispatched from our fulfilment partner in Dubai.

 

— PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

— DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated from dispatch. Times for destinations outside the UAE vary with customs clearance.

Same-day Express cut-off times: 12:00 PM in Dubai; 8:00 AM in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.

— SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

 

— CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For some international destinations, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the courier on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in your order total.

 

— DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & TRACKING

A tracking link is emailed the moment your order is dispatched. Couriers make multiple delivery attempts, so please ensure your address and contact number are correct — undeliverable orders returns to us may be subject to re-shipping costs.
